To remotely log out of Facebook, head over to your account settings and click Security. Scroll down and you will see all active sessions listed by platform (desktop, Android, and iOS). You can only log out from browser sessions and not app sessions. Expand the Desktop list and choose which session you want to log out of by clicking End Activity next to it.
